About The Event

Are you a serious runner? Maybe a casual walker? Somewhere in between? Then the Chapel to Church Half Marathon is for you! Come join us for a beautiful walk or run from Chapel San Ramon just down the road from Sisquoc, CA to St. Louis de Montfort Church in Orcutt, CA. The half marathon covers some of the most scenic country in California. This event is held annually to promote parish and community involvement in a health-based, family-centered activity that also raises much needed funds for Catholic Charities of the Santa Maria Valley.

The Route

Starting at the historic San Ramon Chapel in Sisquoc, the 13.1 mile course winds along scenic country roads in the Santa Maria Valley. Participants will follow a marked route along Palmer Road, Dominion Road, and Clark Avenue to the finish line at St. Louis de Montfort Church. Support vehicles will be available to transport participants needing assistance.

A free shuttle will be provided from St. Louis de Montfort Church to the San Ramon Chapel starting location. Shuttles will depart from St. Louis de Montfort at 7:00 AM and 7:15 AM.
